A blend carefully curated by Jack and our winemaker in Sicily. We use 80% Nero d’Avola, a wonderfully juicy red grape, and top it up with 20% Frappato to bring a little dried strawberry and pomegranate to the finish. It's proper Friday night pizza wine.
